CERTIFICATION NCVS is fully certified for 10 out of 10 verification services by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). This is currently the highest level of certification awarded by NCQA to CVOs. NCVS has participated successfully in the NCQA certification program since 1996. We are proud to have earned this recognition of our performance in complying with nationally recognized standards for credentials verification. This certification demonstrates our compliance with NCQA standards for the Accreditation of Managed Care Organizations and Managed Behavioral Health Organizations. The NCQA certification program includes rigorous on-site evaluations conducted by a team of health care professionals and certified credentials specialists. The survey team evaluates all aspects of data collection, credentials verification and quality improvement processes as well as building and data security. NCQA certification relieves clients from oversight of a CVO's structure and performance of certified services. Certified Services Include
